The key to forward momentum and continued growth rest in the discipline of self-care. The physical and emotional stress endured during a period of transformation such as vision loss can take a tremendous toll on the body.
Whole foods, tasty treats, and the balance that defines them help us nourish and restore our energy and clarity of thought. Here are some of my favorite, simple, recipes for comforting meals.
